Microdermabrasion

How it Works

Our skin is our first line of defense against the everyday elements: sun exposure, pollution, dehydration, aging, and other damaging factors. The toll this takes over time presents as fine lines and wrinkles, age spots, pigmentation issues, and uneven texture.

Fortunately, treatments like microdermabrasion can give our skin the assistance it needs to repair and recover. Microdermabrasion is a chemical-free, non-invasive treatment that gently removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells and to reveal the healthier, younger-looking skin beneath.

Known in certain circles as 'the lunch hour facial', it can be performed quickly with little to no discomfort, and no downtime.

Side Effects

Following microdermabrasion you could experience mild tenderness, superficial swelling and redness. These generally dissipate within hours of the treatment itself. Minor bruising may occur and our estheticians will recommend after care to reduce the chances that this is experienced.
